Curiously, w10 installed automatically an older usb vid 10c4&pid ea60 0001 6. Do you see any error code? The only difference I could find is that the HP laptop has the previous generation Intel chipset serie 9 and the Thinpad T uses e60 latest serie Any help would be appreciated.

Replied Jan 313: Reinstall the driver and countless reboots neither. The device board uses CP Wiping the entire computer would not be a suitable solution.
